It's becoming increasingly difficult to switch on the TV or log on to any social media, without being bombarded with so much negative news regarding the current pandemic. The media platforms are continuously giving us the statistics of the number of people who are dead and many more that would still die. The current media frenzy and fear mongering, is reminiscent of a concentration camp strategy targeted at the inmates to drive them bonkers and breakdown their self-esteem, so that they will surrender to the authority. This is not surprising, because the main stream media generate majority of there profits by leveraging the 5C (Controversy, Conflict, Confusion, Change & Control). As this global lockdown continues, let us filter the news we focus on, so that we can protect our mental health, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
