In women suicide rates are the highest that they have been in a decade. Someone committed suicide every two hours in the UK in 2015. This statistics is quite alarming. The problem is even worse because most people facing crisis in life find it difficult to reach out for help. Oftentimes  such people tragically take their own lives.
